1. Introduction

By using Imagine Locations’ website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms, and continued use means you accept any changes.

2. Definitions

• Agent / We – Imagine Locations or its representative.
• Client – Anyone hiring a location or using our services.
• Owner – The property owner or representative.
• Location – Any property, building, land, or site booked via us.
• Shoot – Any filming, photography, or event at a Location.
• Fees – Payments due to us for our services (excludes VAT).

3. Booking & Fees

• All bookings are confirmed via a Contract.
• Fees must be paid as agreed; VAT is additional where applicable.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining all permits, permissions, or licenses required for a Shoot, including permissions for any artwork, décor, or intellectual property belonging to the Owner.

4. Property Viewings

• Viewings of any Location listed on this website are by appointment only.
  
• Clients must arrange viewings in advance and comply with any instructions or requirements provided by the Owner or Agent.

5. Responsibilites

• Clients are responsible for viewing the Location or asking the Agent any necessary questions to ensure it meets their requirements.
  
• Clients and their personnel must follow all Owner and health & safety requirements while on site.
  
• Clients are responsible for adhering to each Location’s specific rules, guidelines, and any instructions provided by the Owner and/or Agent.
  
• Any materials or instructions provided by the Client must be accurate.
  
• Shooting artwork or other copyrighted material at a Location is the Client’s responsibility. Clients must obtain all necessary legal permissions before use.

6. Liability

• Imagine Locations does not guarantee the Location’s suitability.
  
• We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect Client information or use of the Location.
  
• Clients indemnify Imagine Locations against claims arising from negligence, breaches, or illegal acts, including unauthorized use of artwork or intellectual property.
  

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (images, text, designs) belongs to Imagine Locations or our licensors. You may use content for personal reference only. Commercial use requires written permission.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using our services, you agree to this.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  
• Submit false information or harmful software.
  
• Harass, discriminate, or infringe on others’ rights.
